Every month, you get a report
Hal-Lo keeps count while he works. Once a month you get one page that shows how busy you were and how many people he sent to your reviews.
Visitor activity
Every time someone comes through the door and the camera sees movement. It's a close count, not a head count: two people walking in together count once.
Busiest time
The hours with the most activity, so you know when to have extra hands at the counter.
Review code scans
How many people scanned your QR code to open your Google review page. Google sends you the reviews themselves.
Ad plays
How many times each of your ads was shown to someone waiting.
Online during open hours
We check that every Hal-Lo stays online. If one goes offline, we know before you do.
